Well my perfect flamebege has the same mods except req.10 and armor+7(vs. physical) instead of hp+30 and it was pced at ~30k. I would make a guess around 40k for yours.

45-55k... perhaps more.. dunno, depends on buyer.. items drop alot when they hit req 10.. plus 30hp is worth way more...

Modding the sword lowers your profit. In the future do not mod your sword.
